Order Policies

• Bundle orders will be shipped in  5-7 business days

• Once your order is fulfilled and you have your tracking number, your order is no longer our responsibility. It is your responsibility to  track your package in lieu of delays, etc.
• All packages over $60 require a signature confirmation
• If no one is available to sign for your package, you will receive a notice to pick up your package at your local post office

•  All wig sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed. This reason is due to prevent COVID-19 and hygiene contamination from spreading.

Wig Order Terms & Conditions

Due to the time, care, and quality invested into creating our custom units, processing time is 10-20 business days, excluding holidays & shipping time frames, for your order to be fulfilled. If you would like to pay a rush fee to expedite your order, feel free to email us at info@hairfromscratch.com so we can create an invoice for you.  

To complete your wig order, please check the box entitled "I have read, understood and agreed with Hair From Scratch's terms and conditions."

By checking this box, you also understand that you will not dispute or file charge-backs on your order because you have been been disclosed the terms and conditions Hair From Scratch.
